2026 PRIM&R Conference Agenda

The 2026 PRIM&R Annual Conference will take place November 16–18, 2026, in Denver, Colorado. Conference workshops will be held on November 16, at the same location.

Content Programming Schedule

To help attendees tailor their experience to their specific areas of work, programming is organized by day:

• IACUC / Animal Care and Use: November 16–17
• Human Subjects Research (HSR) and Institutional Officials (IO): November 17–18

Attendees may register for specific days to participate in their selected content area(s) or register for the full conference to access all IACUC and HSR/IO sessions.

What to Expect on the Agenda

The Annual Conference is designed for professionals working across the research ethics and oversight enterprise, including animal care and use, human subjects research, and institutional leadership.

Agenda offerings will include:

• Sessions and networking opportunities tailored to primary work areas
• Sessions focused on crossover topics, such as shared oversight challenges, emerging research issues, and enhancing trust and trustworthiness in research
• A range of session formats, including:
  • Keynote and plenary sessions addressing broader ethical and policy issues
  • Breakout sessions for in-depth discussion and peer learning
  • Networking sessions that foster connection and collaboration
