2026 PRIM&R Conference Registration and Fees
Registration for the 2026 PRIM&R Annual Conference is now open!
Registration fees are published below.
Registration Overview
- Each attendee must register themselves to ensure accurate contact information and registration selections.
- You will be asked to log into our registration website using your PRIM&R credentials (either by hitting Register or you will be prompted to once you add something to your cart). If you don't have a PRIM&R account, create one. If you do not remember your password, follow the system prompts. If you have a new email address, contact registration@primr.org to update. Do not create a new account.
- One person may pay for multiple registrations, but each individual must complete their own registration.
- Registration closes on November 18, 2026, for both in-person and virtual option.
- Review our registration policies (below). You agree to these policies when you register.
Conference Dates and Programming (to support registration selection)
- November 16: Conference Workshops (in person, half-day; Human Subjects Research and Institutional Leadership topics)
- November 16–17: Annual Conference--Animal Care and Use / IACUC programming
- November 17–18: Annual Conference--Human Subjects Research and Institutional Official programming

specific days or for the
full Annual Conference.
Registration Options
Annual Conference (In Person)
- Register by day or for the full conference
- Includes access to applicable sessions and networking events
- Workshops are not included and must be purchased separately
- In-person conference registrants will have access to session materials and recordings for the days they attend (e.g., slides, handouts, and livestream session recordings). Recordings will be available for 90 days after the conference.
Conference Workshops
- In-person only on November 16
- Require separate registration and additional fees
- Not included in Annual Conference or Virtual Meeting registrations
Virtual Meeting
- Flat-rate package for November 16–18
- Includes livestream and recordings of select Annual Conference content across IACUC, HSR, and Institutional Official topics. Recordings will be available for 90 days after the conference.
- Day selection is not available
- Does not include Conference Workshops

Food and Refreshments (In-Person Attendees)
- Food kiosks will be available for purchase November 16–18
- Attendees registered in person for the Annual Conference will receive a $35 food voucher per registered day (this includes attendees registered for in-person Conference Workshops on November 16)
- Vouchers may be used only at designated Colorado Convention Center food outlets
- Credits will not be given for any unredeemed voucher amount.

*CU Anschutz Animal Research Facility Tour: Attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from CU Anschutz (~45-minute Uber/car ride OR ~1 hour train ride to facility from Colorado Convention Center). This program requires pre-registration and the cost to attend is $10. Attendance is limited; capacity is 40 people. All tour registration fees are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. See course description for more information.
Member Rate

- PRIM&R members
- CAREB-ACCER members who are not PRIM&R members (contact the Membership team to receive the PRIM&R member rate)
- Memberships may be purchased or renewed during registration
- Membership renewals begin at the end of the current membership term

Student RateAvailable to individuals enrolled full-time in a high school or college/university at the time of the conference.
To obtain the student rate:
- Sign in to your PRIM&R account
- Upload proof of enrollment as a sensitive document
- Wait for confirmation from PRIM&R staff before registering

- Select “Invoice Me” at checkout
- Enter a PO number (or type “check/ACH/wire forthcoming” if unavailable)

Group paymentsEach attendee must register individually. Invoices may then be paid together by check, ACH, or wire.
PDF Registration Form (Limited Use)For attendees unable to register online due to extenuating circumstances, a PDF registration form may be requested by
emailing PRIM&R.
- Completed forms must be submitted by November 3, 2026
- Credit card payments will be processed by PRIM&R staff
- Checks must include all applicable sales order numbers
