*CU Anschutz Animal Research Facility Tour: Attendees are responsible for their own travel to and from CU Anschutz (~45-minute Uber/car ride OR ~1 hour train ride to facility from Colorado Convention Center). This program requires pre-registration and the cost to attend is $10. Attendance is limited; capacity is 40 people. All tour registration fees are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. See course description for more information.

Each attendee must register individually. Invoices may then be paid together by check, ACH, or wire.

PDF Registration Form (Limited Use)
For attendees unable to register online due to extenuating circumstances, a PDF registration form may be requested by emailing PRIM&R.
